«Diodos» is a state center which was created (July 2000) thanks to the cooperation of the Organization against Drugs and the Local Authorities in order to prevent people from drugs and promote a healthy attitude of the individuals towards life.

«Diodos» is based in Rhodes Island and develops its activity in a complex of islands in south-eastern Greece.

Several programs are addressed to healthy people (children, teenagers, parents etc) and these programs are carried out so as to bring up from these groups of people their healthy mechanisms that will function as natural obstacles against any forms of addiction.

«Diodos» organizes meetings and its main aim is to inform people about its goals. Also provides the possibility of personal meetings with addicted persons or even their families, so that to inform of its initiative to let people know of the existence of certain therapeutic ways.
