General Description of the Service

The initial goals of the S. A. were the repair, restoration, arrangement and other necessary works for the operation of the "Hotel of Roses" - which belongs to the City of Rhodes - as a modern hotel unit with a casino, and the undertaking of its enterprising operation, as well as every tourist activity.

Its goals were then extended to work out financial and technical studies, referring to European, national, regional, prefectorial or local projects, investment plans etc.

Furthermore, it is involved in the undertaking of enterprise projects, initiatives, actions and works that refer to providing services of social care, education, communicational policy and public and international relations.
