Draws up the budget
Checks the report
Allocates the appropriations registered in the budget
Sets up the terms of the invitations to tenders and knocks down all auctions
Investigates the necessity of raising loans, sets up the terms and makes suggestions to the City Council
Decides on the use of all judicial proceedings
Decides on the compromise and annulment of suits that reach the amount of 14.674 euros
Decides on accepting all inheritances, bequests and donations
Decides on hiring attorneys-at-law
